Occupational medicine in SZPZLO Warsaw – Ochota
 

As part of Occupational Medicine, we provide a set of check-ups necessary to work in a given position:
 
  • examination of managers and office workers,
  • examination of drivers of all categories,
  • examination of forklift and machines in motion operators,
  • examination of workers working at heights,
  • examination of physical workers,
  • examination of education workers,
  • examination of food industry workers,
  • examination of medical workers.
 
Our offer includes:
  • examination and consultation of specialists in the field of occupational medicine,
  • consultations with physicians of other specialties in the amount provided by the current rules,
  • additional examinations:
  1. laboratory
  2. image diagnostics (X-ray),
  3. Electrodiagnostics (ECG),
  4. Psychotechnical
  5. other necessary examinations
  • issuing medical certificates about the ability to work.
 
We can perform the abovementioned examinations and consultations in terms agreed with the employer.
 
The employee is provided with the following preventive examinations in accordance with the Labor Code and art. 6 par. 1 point 2 of the Act on occupational medicine service: 
  • preventive examinations arising from art. 229 § 1 and 2 of the Labor Code,
  • preliminary - people admitted to work or transferred to another position,
  • periodic examinations, the frequency and volume of which are derived from working conditions (the minimum volume of examinations was determined by a decree of the Minister of Health and Social Security on 30 May 1996 on medical examinations of employees, the area of ​​preventive medical care for employees and medical certificates issued for purposes stipulated in The Labor Code).
 
The employee is provided with the following preventive examinations in accordance with the Labor Code and art. 6 par. 1 point 2 of the Act on occupational medicine service:
  • control examinations - after sick leave lasting more than 30 days,
  • other examinations and medical certificates arising from the Labor Code,
  • preventive examinations for sanitary and epidemiological purposes,
  • Evaluation of the possibility of performing work in a specific position (work positions).
