Corporate social responsibility strategy of The Independent Group of Public Ambulatory Care Institutions Warsaw-Ochota
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy of the SZPZLO Warszawa-Ochota including compliance with social interest and environmental protection issues as part of the activities undertaken, while increasing value, strengthening reputation, developing new services, as well as improving relations with stakeholders.
The strategy of corporate social responsibility in SZPZLO Warszawa-Ochota is implemented in three main pillars:
I. Social responsibility - creating values that are beneficial to the social environment.
The activity of SZPZLO Warszawa-Ochota is characterized by respect for intellectual capital
and diversity, respect for human rights, including freedom of expression and the freedom of association. SZPZLO Warszawa-Ochota contributes to the creation of new jobs.
II. Environmental responsibility - creating value that is beneficial for the natural environment.

SZPZLO Warszawa-Ochota strives to permanently reduce the negative impact on the environment through the use of a certified environmental management system according to ISO 14001, as one of the elements of the Integrated Management System including quality management according to ISO 9001 standards and management of occupational safety and health in accordance with OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Management of medical waste, consumption of electricity, heat, water, fuel consumption, emission of gases into the atmosphere.
III. Business Responsibility - creating value economically and economically beneficial.
SZPZLO Warszawa-Ochota attaches importance to managing relations with the environment in a predictable manner, in accordance with the principles of ethics, with respect to transparency and partnership. SZPZLO Warszawa-Ochota initiates activities aimed at increasing safety in the health services sector, in a responsible way towards society and the environment.
