Today we are celebrating Osteoporosis Day in Poland.
The risk of developing the disease increases with age and affects women more often than men. To guard against the development of osteoporosis, you should use a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D3, maintain adequate physical activity and carry out preventive examinations, especially when there is an increased risk of disease.
We remind you to take advantage of the Osteoporosis Prevention Program run by the Ministry of Health.
