For your safety and comfort, we have introduced a set of rules that apply to everyone – both staff and patients.

1. How we address you: You can tell us how you would like us to address you.
2. Who is treating you: You have the right to know the name of the person treating you and what they do.
3. Ask about everything: If you don't understand something or don't know what your treatment involves, ask us. We will try to answer all your questions.
4. Respect and Honesty: We will treat you with respect and will always be honest with you.
5. Your feelings are important: Your health, needs and feelings are our priority. If something worries you or you feel uncomfortable, tell us – we will listen carefully.
6. Gentle examinations: We try to conduct examinations as gently as possible so that you do not experience unnecessary pain.
7. Support: If you need comfort or support, don't hesitate to ask.
8. Your choice: We will ask for your opinion on matters where you can make a choice.
9. Presence of loved ones: Mom, Dad or your caregiver can be with you at all times, as well as your favorite cuddly toy, as long as it is not too big and does not make loud noises.
10. Safety First: If someone has hurt you or crossed your boundaries, tell us about it. We will do everything to make you feel safe and receive the help you need.
