Description of the position:

verification of submitted applications for public procurement;
Preparation of projects for the specification of the terms of the contract;
transferring the required advertisements and information to the Office of the European Union Publications and/or Public Procurement Bulletin;
posting advertisements and information on the website of the proceedings-compatible with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law;
transfer to contractors to the specification of the terms of the contract and invitations to submit offers;
in writing to explain to contractors regarding tender documents;
participation in the work of the tender committee;
documenting proceedings;
handling matters related to appeals;
participation in negotiations before concluding contracts in free -hand mode;
Conducting proceedings in matters of contract, the value of which does not exceed the equivalent of PLN 130,000 expressed in PLN;
Preparation of contracts in matters to which the provisions of the Public Procurement Law do not apply to
preparation of contracts for signature;
Checking the correctness and compliance of the proper performance of the contract with the requirements of the specification of essential terms of the contract;
Verification of submitted applications for an additional or supplementary contract;
conducting competitions for medical benefits (optional);
preparing annexes for contracts;
keeping records and register of public procurement, competitions for health services and concluded contracts;
Correspondence in the scope of entrusted matters.

Requirements:

Higher education (preferred: economic, administration, public procurement, technical and construction);
several years of experience in the position of min. specialist in public procurement (minimum 3 years);
Knowledge of provisions in the field of public procurement law, public finance;
ability to organize own work;
ability to conduct proceedings and documentation in accordance with PZP;
developing public procurement plans;
ability to conduct formal correspondence, preparing letters;
Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
reliability, responsibility;
The ability to work on several tasks simultaneously while maintaining priorities;
initiative/ entrepreneurship;
reliability and care for the quality of work,
communication skills and ability to work in a team.
