Information for people who are deaf or hard of hearing
There are no induction loops in the organizational units of the Warsaw-Ochota SZPZLO. Induction loops are installed in passenger lifts at Szczęśliwicka 36 and Skarżyńskiego 1. We have the option of using a sign language interpreter as part of our online interpreting service via the Migam S.A. platform. The service is available during branch opening hours.

The provisions of Section VIII of the Act of 14 June 1960 - the Code of Administrative Procedure (consolidated text: Journal of Laws from 2020 item 256, as amended amended). After exhausting all possibilities, a complaint can also be sent to the Ombudsman.
